Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Description: The Service technician we are seeking will be able to support work history of at least 3-5 years in professional commercial HVAC work.
Responsibilities:

• Perform service and troubleshoot on commercial equipment including Packaged Rooftop Units, VRF Systems, Cooling towers, Boilers and CRAC, Make Up Air units

• Help Maintain and promote positive company morale, professionalism, and a friendly work environment

• Effectively manage job duties and perform tasks

Qualifications:

• EPA Universal certified

• NATE certifications preferred

• Customer service experience with strong people skills

• Applicants must have a current driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record, must be insurable to drive to and from assigned jobs

• Able to work in a team atmosphere

• Ability to diagnose HVAC issues and troubleshoot HVAC equipment, including boilers

• Previous Install and Control experience

• Willingness to interface with clients and effectively communicate service/project outcomes and recommendations

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years’ experience is desired

• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawings preferred

• Acceptable DMV report

• Ability to complete pre-employment drug screen
