Responsibilities
- Provide home and community care to patients following established care plans.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure patient comfort and well-being.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver quality senior care.
- Document patient information accurately using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Engage in caregiving tasks with compassion and empathy, focusing on individualized patient needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in home health, home & community care, and caregiving
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient care practices
- Ability to work with seniors and individuals with developmental disabilities
- CPR certification and TB Test
- Proficiency in tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and medical documentation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
