The HR Executive will play a crucial role in managing the company’s HR functions, focusing on recruitment, HR calendar management, onboarding processes, office administration, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment and Hiring:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies on various platforms, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Collaborate with management to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
  • Conducted initial candidate screenings and coordinated interview schedules.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates.
Onboarding:
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Prepare and update onboarding materials, including orientation schedules.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Act as a point of contact for new hires during their initial weeks of employment.
HR Calendar Management:
  • Maintain and manage the HR calendar, ensuring all key HR activities and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate and schedule performance reviews, training sessions, and other HR-related events.
  • Track and ensure compliance with important HR policies.
Employee Engagement:
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Plan and organize employee events, activities, and recognition programs.
  • Work closely with management to address employee concerns and foster open communication.
Office Administration:
  • Assist with day-to-day office administration tasks, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Handle general office inquiries and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
