HR SESSION EXPERTISE TRAINER

LOCATION :- Thane, Mumbai
REPORTING TO :- Branch manager
WORKING DAYS AND SHIFT TIMING :-
- Part-time / weekends only (Sat- Sun)
- 3-4 hrs only
- Training Delivery
- Curriculum Development
- Mentoring and Coaching
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using training tools and technologies, including HR software and e-learning platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on practical, actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) are preferred
- At least 5 years of professional experience in HR roles, with a strong track record in areas such as talent management, employee relations, compliance, and HR strategy
- Previous experience in training, teaching, or facilitating HR-related sessions is highly desirable
