Job Description:
Max Aircon Pune is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance, with a strong background in VRV system maintenance. This position requires an immediate joiner who can hit the ground running.
Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems, including VRV systems, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements as needed.
• Conduct regular checks on equipment components such as compressors, motors, and controls to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC units and related components, including ductwork, thermostats, and air filters.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and projects.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and any relevant observations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HVAC maintenance to continually improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an HVAC Technician, with a focus on maintenance work.
• Strong expertise in VRV system maintenance is essential.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment commonly used in HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
• Relevant HVAC certifications or licenses are preferred.
• Immediate availability to join the team is highly desirable.
