Position Summary:
As a Lab Analyst, you will perform and document routine and specialized laboratory tasks in both our Chemistry and Microbiology labs. You?ll play a key role in supporting our water treatment operations by analyzing environmental samples, conducting quality control tests, and assisting with cutting-edge research that directly contributes to our success. Your work will help ensure the highest standards in our water treatment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Microbiological Testing: Process environmental samples and conduct microbial testing to ensure water quality meets our high standards.
Quality Control: Perform quality control tests on Company products, ensuring they are safe, effective, and in compliance with industry regulations.
Water Sample Analysis: Use advanced lab equipment like ion chromatography, inductively coupled plasma, spectrophotometers, and other methods to analyze water samples related to treatment processes.
Corrosion Analysis: Perform corrosion coupon and deposit analyses to support our water treatment programs.
Lab Support: Prepare solutions, reagents, and media, maintain lab records, perform daily calibrations, and assist with general lab cleaning and inventory management.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our research and development, operations, and quality control teams to continuously improve our water treatment processes.

What You'll Bring:
Education: Bachelor?s degree in a science-related field (degree in Chemistry or Microbiology is preferred ).
Technical Skills: Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills, with a solid understanding of laboratory techniques and equipment.
Attention to Detail: Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and high standards.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and document findings.
Adaptability: Good computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems and techniques in a fast-paced environment.
Integrity & Leadership: You are a self-motivated team player who demonstrates integrity, leadership ability, and strong social skills.
Experience: Past work experience in a Chemistry or Microbiology lab is preferred .
