Law firm Digital Marketing Manager

Lucien Solutions is a dynamic digital marketing agency dedicated to helping brands enhance their online presence through innovative and effective strategies. We work with clients across various industries, including events, hospitality, law, financial services, pharma, and more. Our team is passionate about delivering results-driven solutions, and we’re looking for a digital marketing Manager experienced in creating and executive big law firms in India , Europe and Americas.
Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with client lawyer to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the firm's business objectives and target audience.
  • Lead Generation: Utilise various digital marketing channels including but not limited to SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to generate high-quality leads for our lawyer clients.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content plans across digital platforms, including website, blogs, and social media, to attract and engage prospective clients and enhance brand visibility.
  • Website Optimization: Optimise the client's website for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX/UI), ensuring it ranks well in search engine results pages (SERPs) and provides a seamless experience for visitors.
  • Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimise PPC advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media channels to drive targeted traffic and conversions within budget.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the firm's presence on social media platforms (e.g., Linked In, Instagram, Facebook) by creating engaging content, interacting with followers, and leveraging social advertising opportunities.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, track campaign effectiveness, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, using data-driven approaches to optimise marketing efforts.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with relevant legal regulations, industry standards, and ethical guidelines, always maintaining the firm's reputation and integrity.
  • Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and the legal industry, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve marketing strategies.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
  • Proven experience (4 years) in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, with a track record of successfully driving lead generation and conversion campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SEMrush) to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to devise innovative marketing strategies and overcome challenges in a dynamic and competitive environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • A proactive and collaborative team player with a passion for digital marketing and a commitment to delivering results-driven solutions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
