Law firm Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with client lawyer to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the firm's business objectives and target audience.
- Lead Generation: Utilise various digital marketing channels including but not limited to SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to generate high-quality leads for our lawyer clients.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content plans across digital platforms, including website, blogs, and social media, to attract and engage prospective clients and enhance brand visibility.
- Website Optimization: Optimise the client's website for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX/UI), ensuring it ranks well in search engine results pages (SERPs) and provides a seamless experience for visitors.
- Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimise PPC advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media channels to drive targeted traffic and conversions within budget.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the firm's presence on social media platforms (e.g., Linked In, Instagram, Facebook) by creating engaging content, interacting with followers, and leveraging social advertising opportunities.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, track campaign effectiveness, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, using data-driven approaches to optimise marketing efforts.
- Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with relevant legal regulations, industry standards, and ethical guidelines, always maintaining the firm's reputation and integrity.
- Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and the legal industry, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve marketing strategies.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
- Proven experience (4 years) in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, with a track record of successfully driving lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SEMrush) to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to devise innovative marketing strategies and overcome challenges in a dynamic and competitive environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines consistently.
- A proactive and collaborative team player with a passion for digital marketing and a commitment to delivering results-driven solutions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
- Performance bonus
