Job Title: Lead Network Architect and Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead L3 Network Architect and Network Administrator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in providing expert-level support in designing, deployment and administration across various areas of network infrastructure, including Zscaler, Meraki and similar cloud-based security solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our network environment.
Responsibilities:

• Build, design and deploy the network at Aptia Group • Provide expert-level support for SDWAN, Local Area Network (LAN), Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), network load balancing, firewall traffic monitoring and management, MPLS, Meraki cloud solutions, routing and switching, IP address management, and Zscaler or similar cloud based security solutions. • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SDWAN solutions, optimizing network traffic across multiple locations. • Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot the LAN infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and resolving network-related issues. • Manage and maintain the WLAN infrastructure, including access points, security protocols, and wireless connectivity. • Configure and manage network load balancing solutions to distribute traffic and optimize performance. • Monitor and manage firewall devices, implement security measures, and ensure secure traffic flow. • Utilize expertise in MPLS to configure and troubleshoot MPLS networks. • Work with Meraki cloud-based networking solutions, managing devices, configuring cloud managed networks, and utilizing the Meraki dashboard for administration tasks. • Implement and manage Zscaler or similar cloud-based security solutions to ensure secure and compliant internet access for users. • Demonstrate proficiency in routing and switching protocols, configuring and maintaining routers and switches, managing routing tables, and ensuring efficient data transfer. • Oversee IP address management, ensuring proper allocation, assignment, and resolution of IP address conflicts. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network-related projects and initiatives. • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in network administration and security. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. • Proven experience as an L3 Network Administrator or similar role. • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in SDWAN, LAN, WLAN, network load balancing, firewall management, MPLS, Meraki cloud solutions, routing and switching, IP address management, and Zscaler or similar cloud-based security solutions. • Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Zscaler Administrator, or equivalent are highly desirable. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex network issues. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in network administration tasks. • Proactive mindset, staying ahead of network-related challenges and implementing preventive measures
