We're looking for a talented Lead React Native Developer to join our growing mobile team and play a key role in creating the next generation of our mobile apps.
What You Will Do

• Architect, design, and develop complex and scalable mobile applications using React Native.
• Lead a team of React Native developers, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to translate product requirements into elegant technical solutions.
• Ensure the development process adheres to best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Implement robust testing strategies and identify and resolve bugs efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the React Native ecosystem.

What We Are Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
• At least 2 years of experience building production-quality mobile apps with React Native.
• Strong understanding of React Native architecture, components, and best practices.
• Experience with building pixel-perfect, user-friendly mobile UIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team.
• Client management experience (if applicable).
• A passion for mobile development and a desire to create innovative and impactful products.
• Familiarity with Watch OS and XCode is preferred.
• Knowledge of Java for Android development is a plus.
• Knowledge of mobile app testing frameworks and tools.

• Experience with native i OS and Android development.
• Experience with Redux, Mob X, or other state management solutions.
• Experience with implementing third-party libraries and integrations.
