Experience: 6 months to 1 year
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of financial products such as LAP, Personal Loan, Home Loan, and Business Loan In-depth understanding of loan documentation processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle customer inquiries and objections effectively Target-oriented and results-driven mindset
Responsibilities:
Outbound calling to potential customers Identifying and qualifying leads Explaining loan products and features to customers Addressing customer queries and concerns Assisting customers with the loan application process Following up with customers to ensure timely completion of documentation.
