• Conduct professional training sessions on makeup application and skincare treatments for salon staff.
• Develop comprehensive training materials and modules in alignment with company standards.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and practice sessions to ensure participants' skill development.
• Monitor and assess the progress of trainees, offering constructive feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with the operations and marketing team to organize workshops and special events.
• Maintain brand consistency across all services delivered at the salons.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a makeup and skincare professional, preferably with training experience.
• Relevant certifications or degrees in makeup artistry, skincare, or cosmetology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct engaging training sessions and work with diverse teams.
• Passion for the beauty industry and keeping up with new trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
