Salary: From ₹18,000.00 -30,000.00 per month.
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales and marketing initiatives for real estate properties, ensuring maximum profitability and market penetration.
JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, agents, and property stakeholders to expand the customer base.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and materials to communicate the value proposition of properties.
• Organize and attend real estate exhibitions, open houses, and other events to promote properties.
• Collaborate with the advertising team to design and implement effective marketing campaigns.
• Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance property visibility and lead generation.
• Negotiate and close agreements with clients, maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales outcomes, budget forecasts, and market analysis.
• Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies and sales techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
