Designation: Lead Generation Manager
Reporting to: CMD
Experience required: 3- 5 years
Industries preferred: Experience in real estate, architecture, luxury goods, advertising, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential clients.
  • Oversee the management of the lead generation process from initial contact to qualified lead.
  • Utilize various channels such as digital marketing, email campaigns, social media, and industry events to generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of lead generation activities with business objectives.
  • Analyze lead generation metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance and ROI.
  • Maintain a comprehensive lead database and track progress through CRM systems.
  • Foster relationships with potential clients and industry influencers to expand our network and client base.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on lead generation performance to senior management.

Job Expectations:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Manager, preferably in the interior design or luxury products industry.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation tactics and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Degree in relevant field
