1. Team Management and Supervision

• Lead Team: Supervise and manage a team of mechanical technicians, engineers, and other staff.
• Training: Provide training and guidance to team members on mechanical systems, safety procedures, and best practices.
• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate and monitor the performance of team members, providing feedback and support as needed.

2. Project Oversight

• Coordinate Activities: Oversee mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on-site or within a facility.
• Project Planning: Assist in planning and scheduling mechanical projects, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Resource Management: Ensure that all necessary tools, materials, and equipment are available and used effectively.

3. Technical Support and Problem-Solving

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operation.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and expertise for mechanical systems, including HVAC, pumps, motors, and other machinery.

4. Quality Control and Compliance

• Ensure Standards: Ensure that all mechanical work adheres to industry standards, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Inspect Work: Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems and installations to verify quality and compliance with specifications.

5. Maintenance and Repairs

• Schedule Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance schedules for mechanical equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.
• Manage Repairs: Oversee repair activities, ensuring that repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

6. Safety and Health Compliance

• Enforce Safety: Enforce safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Conduct Training: Provide safety training and ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to safety protocols.

7. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Report Issues: Report on mechanical system performance, project progress, and any issues or concerns to management.

8. Communication and Coordination

• Liaise with Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with other departments, contractors, and stakeholders to coordinate activities and address any issues.
• Update Management: Provide regular updates to management on project status, equipment performance, and team activities.

9. Cost Management

• Budget Adherence: Monitor and manage costs related to mechanical operations, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Resource Allocation: Ensure efficient use of resources and materials to avoid unnecessary expenses.

10. Continuous Improvement

• Identify Improvements: Identify areas for improvement in mechanical processes and systems.
• Implement Changes: Propose and implement changes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and safety.

Pay: ₹11,232.20 - ₹30,943.60 per month
