Job Description:

Business Unit: UPS SCS (India) Pvt Ltd
Job Location: Marol Office, Mumbai, MH - India

Job Duties:

Customer Service: Daily Co-Ordination with Shippers, Custom Brokers, Carrier’s, Co-loaders, CFS Operation Team, Transporters and Overseas Agents.
Operations: - Shipment Planning, Releasing Carting Orders, Preparation of Stuffing Plan, Monitoring Container stuffing status and movements from CFS/Factory to Port, Tracking of Shipments/Containers (Onboard Status)
Documentation: Sharing Shipment updates to Shippers & Overseas Agents (Carting / Stuffing / Onboard Updates Pre-alert), Job Opening in System, Preparation & Timely Release Of HBL & MBL’s, Complete shipment billing in System (Invoicing to Customer and Overseas Agent, Booking of Carrier &Vendor Payments)
Any other task assigned by superior.
This position performs advanced administrative responsibilities including preparation and analysis of more complex reports, compilation of information from various sources, handling small scale projects, and analysis using various software packages.
He/She may direct the work of others and provide instruction and guidance to less experienced employees.
This position performs general office duties that may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned. He/She may deal with confidential material on a regular basis.
