Job Description:

Business Unit: UPS SCS (India) Pvt Ltd
Job Location: Marol Office, Mumbai, MH - India

Job Duties:
  • Customer Service: Daily Co-Ordination with Shippers, Custom Brokers, Carrier’s, Co-loaders, CFS Operation Team, Transporters and Overseas Agents.
  • Operations: - Shipment Planning, Releasing Carting Orders, Preparation of Stuffing Plan, Monitoring Container stuffing status and movements from CFS/Factory to Port, Tracking of Shipments/Containers (Onboard Status)
  • Documentation: Sharing Shipment updates to Shippers & Overseas Agents (Carting / Stuffing / Onboard Updates Pre-alert), Job Opening in System, Preparation & Timely Release Of HBL & MBL’s, Complete shipment billing in System (Invoicing to Customer and Overseas Agent, Booking of Carrier &Vendor Payments)
  • Any other task assigned by superior.
  • This position performs advanced administrative responsibilities including preparation and analysis of more complex reports, compilation of information from various sources, handling small scale projects, and analysis using various software packages.
  • He/She may direct the work of others and provide instruction and guidance to less experienced employees.
  • This position performs general office duties that may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned. He/She may deal with confidential material on a regular basis.
