Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling day-to-day administrative tasks including answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Onboarding new clients and building strong relationships with existing clients.
- Acting as the primary point of contact between clients and the company.
- Effectively communicating with clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Supporting the sales team in various administrative tasks.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office Suite).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive and energetic attitude.
