Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with individuals, particularly children, diagnosed with autism or developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
Duties
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Collect data on observable client behaviors
- Assist in the development of care plans and provide feedback on client progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records
- Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Skills
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism or developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
- Ability to maintain detailed medical records and documentation
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 37 per week
