Job Description & Responsibilities:
 Inbound and Outbound Communication: Manage and respond to incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from clients during night hours, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
 Emergency Care Management: Coordinate emergency cases, pre and post-operative inquiries, and urgent issues related to animal eye care, ensuring appropriate actions are taken as per established protocols.
 Coordination: Facilitate effective communication between clients, on-call veterinarians, and internal staff to ensure seamless handling of cases.
 Escalation Management: Identify and escalate complex cases or issues to designated veterinarians or specialists promptly.
 Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all communications, actions taken, and case updates during after-hours shifts.
 Customer Service Excellence: Uphold high standards of customer service, providing compassionate and professional support to clients in distressing situations.
 Follow-Up and Monitoring: Conduct timely follow-up calls or messages to monitor the progress of cases handled during night shifts.
 Adherence to Protocols: Adhere strictly to organizational protocols, Clinical guidelines, and ethical standards in all communications and interactions.
Job Requirements:
 Experience: Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or healthcare environment is preferred.
 Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
 Technical Skills: Proficiency in using communication tools such as phones, email, and chat systems.
 Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
 Availability: Must be available to work night shifts from 07 PM to 09 AM.
