Placement & Industry Collaborations (Placement Coordinator)
Searching new organizations and opportunities for placement tie-ups across India.
Building relationships with employers and funders
Supporting Local Center Teams to find local job opportunities, within the city and outside.
Traveling to the centre as per requirement.
Meeting the Placement targets for career students.Conducting the placement activities i.e. Industry talks, industry visits, job fairs etc.
Preparing and Maintaining the Placement Reports, placement records as per audit norms.
Tracking Student retention in jobs at least 6 months.Identifying gaps in training so students can be placed in high paying jobs.
