Placement Manager

Responsibilities:
- Obtain employment and experiential opportunities for individuals on a career break
- Mentoring and hand-holding these individuals till the time they get a job
- Plan and strategize in building relationships with industry experts and corporates
- Understanding the profile of individuals and creating a pool of industry-relevant jobs for them that matches their level of expertise and qualifications
- Collaborate and promote career planning services for the organization
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline with a rich and relevant experience in placement services
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling and managing roles in job placements
- Excellent communication skills and has to be well versed with MS-office
- Must have handled placements for freshers to mid-management levels
- Has diversified knowledge and expertise about all kinds of jobs in the current market space
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Should have the capacity to take responsibility for the entire placement process of the individuals on a career break and be able to deliver results
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
