Currently, the organization is expanding and we are looking for enthusiastic candidates to bring their expertise to our teams. Responsibilities:
  • Obtain employment and experiential opportunities for individuals on a career break
  • Mentoring and hand-holding these individuals till the time they get a job
  • Plan and strategize in building relationships with industry experts and corporates
  • Understanding the profile of individuals and creating a pool of industry-relevant jobs for them that matches their level of expertise and qualifications
  • Collaborate and promote career planning services for the organization
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline with a rich and relevant experience in placement services
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling and managing roles in job placements
  • Excellent communication skills and has to be well versed with MS-office
  • Must have handled placements for freshers to mid-management levels
  • Has diversified knowledge and expertise about all kinds of jobs in the current market space
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Should have the capacity to take responsibility for the entire placement process of the individuals on a career break and be able to deliver results
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
