Sales Manager

Currently, the organization is expanding and we are looking for enthusiastic candidates to bring their expertise to our teams. Responsibilities:

Ability to manage a team of 6-10 inside sales associates and lead them through every step.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide regular feedback
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes
Oversee day-to-day sales activities and ensure sales operations run smoothly
Develop and monitor KPIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
Maintain accurate record of all sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
Master’s degree in Business related fields along with experience will be a plus
5-9 years of proven experience as an inside sales manager
Proficient in English and Hindi languages
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong Leadership and Team Management skills
Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite
Self-motivated and independently driven to succeed in a competitive environment
Willingness to work 6 days a week from the office

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
