Job description
Primary role
  • Ensuring that fund management activities comply with regulations and circulars, and with the IFSCA's code of conduct, AML/CFT/KYC guidelines, and IFSCA and SEZ compliances
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities to grow the company's AUM
  • Overseeing the entire fund management activities that take place out of GIFT IFSC
  • Interacting with policy makers and participating in the Gift city policy making exercise
  • Maintain proper documentation for all the activities undertaken at Gift City
  • Coordinate with trustees,custodians,bankers, regulators for all approvals and transactions
  • Good understanding on Accounting related aspects
  • Fund Structure understanding and design to make it best benchmarked
