Job Description - Process Coordinator (PC)
Cryo Corp O2 LLP is looking for a Process Coordinator to join us in our team.
We are an engineering export company, leaders in supply of spares & machinery of Oxygen, Nitrogen and Acetylene Plants. We are a one-stop-shop for oxygen spares in India and a growing clientele in 22 countries in global south countries in Asia, Africa, Middle East and South America.
Process Coordinator will be responsible for managing and updating google sheets and flowcharts running in each of our business processes. S/he coordinates all the steps in a flowchart to get work done in a specific timeline. Her/his main task is to provide all the relevant information with everyone in the workflow.
Skills:

• A pleasant personality with others on the job and displaying a good-natured, cooperative, polite attitude.
• She/he should be careful about all the details in flowchart and thorough in completing work tasks.
• Should be very well versed with Advanced MS EXCEL or Google Sheets. A diploma or certificate for the same will be desirable but not mandatory.
• Have an eye for detail.

Requirements:

• Should be thorough in Excel functions and Google spreadsheets.
• Person should be staying a maximum of 30-45 minutes from our office location.
• Person should have a sense of responsibility.
• Person can be non-technical, graduate in any discipline. Freshers are encouraged to apply. Minimum 3 months of work experience will be desirable but not mandatory.
