Are you a skilled procurement professional looking to join a dynamic aerospace organization? We are seeking a talented Procurement Specialist 1 to join our team in Indianapolis, IN.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for various commodities, including machinery, equipment, tools, and materials.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Purchase Order Management: Create, process, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing.
Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to optimize performance and minimize risks.
Data Analysis: Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and cost data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Strong understanding of procurement principles and processes.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is preferred.
