Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and workshops in various management subjects such as Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, etc.
- Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and exams.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Supervise and mentor undergraduate and graduate students, guiding them in research projects, theses, and dissertations.
- Conduct original research in the field of management studies, aiming for publication in reputable academic journals.
- Present research findings at conferences, seminars, and workshops.
- Secure research grants and collaborate with industry partners on research initiatives.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and academic planning.
- Serve on academic committees and contribute to the governance of the institution.
- Advise students on academic and career-related matters.
- Engage in community service and outreach activities related to the field of management.
- Stay current with advancements in management theories and practices.
- Engage in continuous professional development and learning opportunities.
- Education:
- Ph.D. in Management Studies, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution is mandatory
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the university level.
- A strong publication record in reputable academic journals.
- Proven experience in mentoring students and supervising research.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Proficiency in using educational technologies and Learning Management Systems
- Commitment to academic excellence and integrity.
