Job description
To support Product care activities as a part of a Technical Support Group team at Atlas Copco GECIA. This role is to provide engineering support to various Atlas Copco product companies.
Mission:
To support and act as an active team member of the Technical Support Group team for handling Product care activities. You should have very high affinity towards problem solving and providing technical support. You should be very interested and innovative to be able to provide quick and accurate technical solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Educational requirements/Experience requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3-5 years of experience.
• Should have basic knowledge of Air Compressors and air treatment.
• Knowledge about Design of Skid packages for compressor would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Sheet metal, Piping design, Flange selection, heavy fabrication.
• Experience of working on CAD software like Inventor & PLM system Enovia etc.
• Knowledge of BOM generation, working on ERP system.
• Knowledge of Ms office tools like Excel, Power Point, etc
• Good written & verbal communication in English is must.

Skills/ Personality requirements

• Good communication skills in English.
• Good in interpersonal skills including self-starter and positive approach.
• Should be customer focused.
• Should be a team player with learning attitude.
• Capable of working under time pressure to respect deadlines

• Strong technical acumen and application knowledge
• Excellent organizational skills
• You are very much result oriented and like to get things done with minimal supervision
