Project Manager

Knowledge of our product/solutions portfolio i.e. BMS, VMS, HVAC, CCTV and Fire & Security/Firefighting.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ascertain requirements and ensure that projects are aligned with business goal
Coordinate business projects efficiently, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Prioritize tasks and manage timelines effectively to meet project milestones and deadlines.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of projects.
Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to plan, schedule, and budget.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as required
Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns or questions.
Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and change requests
