Key Responsibilities:
1. Contact debtors to negotiate payment plans or settlements
2. Identify and pursue new leads to recover outstanding debts
3. Conduct financial analysis to determine debtor's ability to pay
4. Develop and implement recovery strategies
5. Maintain accurate records of debtors, payments, and communications
6. Collaborate with legal teams to initiate legal action when necessary
7. Meet or exceed monthly recovery targets
8. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements
Skills:
1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
4. Proficient in debt recovery software and systems
5. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Education and Experience:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required
2. 1-2 years of experience in debt recovery or related field
