1. Lead and manage a team of recovery agents/officers to achieve recovery targets
2. Develop and implement recovery strategies and processes
3. Analyze portfolio performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement
4. Set and monitor team goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
5. Conduct regular team meetings, training, and coaching sessions
6. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, customer service, and legal
7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
8. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
9. Manage budget and resources to achieve optimal recovery results
10. Report to senior management on team performance
