Salary & Benefits:
· Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹42,000 per month.
· 30% of quarterly profits will be distributed among all full-time members, based on their attendance ratio.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Recruiting Genie LLP. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a recruiting firm, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions across different industries.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in drafting job descriptions and creating job advertisements.
· Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
· Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
· Maintain and update the candidate database.
· Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.
· Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
· Participate in career fairs and recruitment events.
· Assist in tracking and reporting recruitment metrics and performance.
· Assist the Founder in daily business operations and overall professional commitments.
· Accompany the Founder on local business meets & events, providing on-site support during meetings and events.
· Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
Required Skills & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration with a strong aptitude for learning and a proactive attitude are encouraged to apply.
· 1 – 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within a recruiting firm.
· Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
· Proficient in using Word and Excel, with good verbal & written English communication skills.
· Shows empathy and consideration in interactions.
· Able to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations with a positive attitude.
· Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.
