Regional Administrative Leader

We are searching for a Regional Administrative Leader who will provide exceptional leadership to direct reports while supporting both doctors and patients.
Job Description:
- Responsible for creating direction for your direct reports.
- Ensuring the offices deliver extraordinary support and service to both doctors and patients.
- Be Results-Focused!
- Be approachable and intuitive to support your direct reports.
- Able to interpret and communicate direction from upper management to your direct reports in a way that is clear and supportive of direct reports and management at the same time.
- Lead your team by focusing on constant and never-ending improvement, creating an environment where team members become masters of their individual roles.
- Set the standard for exceptional customer service and team member collaboration as a key relationship builder.
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, including but not limited to: managing payments, resolving patient issues, coordinating team schedules, and tracking inventory levels
- Select, onboard, train, coach, and retain high-performing team members.
- Review, analyze, and use business reports to identify missed opportunities and recommend and implement best practices and systems needed to positively impact office performance.
