Regional Sales Manager

Premier Tissues is the wholly owned subsidiary of Rubfila International Ltd, which is the largest manufacturer of rubber threads in India, which is listed in NSE and BSE. Together it has a sales of about INR 500 crores. Premier belongs to the Finquest Group, Mumbai which owns the major brands like Reid & Taylor, Digjams among others.
Based in Bangalore, Premier Tissues is one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of tissue products in the Indian market. Premier is a fully integrated tissue products player with a paper mill and a converting plant. The company has over the years built 2 strong brands, in a highly unorganized market – Premier and Royal. The company distributes its products to retail and institutional consumers through 300 distributors and 15000+ third party retail outlets spread across the country.
Manufacturing Facility - Premier has a state of art fully integrated dedicated tissue manufacturing facility located at Mysore, Karnataka.
Premier Tissues is aiming to be an INR 150 Cr firm in the next couple of years and is adding exceptional talent.
We are hiring a ‘Regional Sales Manager’ for the North Region based in Delhi/NCR.
The Position reports to the ‘Business Head based in Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire P&L for the region.
- Strategise Plan and Execute the distributor and Retailer network for the region and improve primary and secondary sales. Develop newer markets in the region
- Set and Exceed Targets for the region and team. Drive and Develop innovative schemes for the Distributors and Retailers.
- Leading Sales and Marketing of products in the assigned territory within the budgeted cost .and maintaining financial hygiene across the territory.
- Provide inputs to the Functional leadership teams on product, packaging & pricing decisions.
- Being a part of the Leadership team of the Region, to provide Category insights basis superior category understanding, region specific industry dynamics and competitive intelligence.
- To be the lead resource in assimilating, sharing & replication of best practices in Sales & Distribution basis internal and external learning.
- Coordinate and ensure quality of Estimation as a key input to the Supply chain management process.
Required Skills:
- BE/MBA from an institute of repute with 12-15 years of experience.
- Should have managed a large territory with revenue responsibility and have lead a team.
- Should have proven expertise in Sales and Distribution, particular to FMCG Industry and should have grown revenues pertaining to a region.
