Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reinsurance Backoffice Executive to join our team in Mumbai, focusing on the SAARC region. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in reinsurance operations and a strong understanding of the reinsurance market.
Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and Distribution of Reinsurance Slips:
• Create and distribute reinsurance slips to reinsurers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and market standards.
• Follow-up with Reinsurers:
• Maintain regular communication with reinsurers in the SAARC region to secure support and confirm reinsurance coverage.
• Premium Payment Management:
• Track and follow up on premium payments, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation with reinsurers.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in reinsurance operations or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
