Part Time Evening Shift CNA
The caregiver responsibilities include:

• Provide direct resident care in accordance with each residents individualized plan of care
• Documentation of care
• Promote resident rights and honor residents’ choice
• Engage residents in meaningful activities utilizing company memory support programs
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents
• Promote and support teamwork
