Job Description
1. Field Robotic Engineer handling activities such as Machine Commissioning, Operator training and process optimization on site for customers.
2. Knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding Machine & Robotics.
3. Small machines: 20-100 tons Medium machines: 100-500 tons
4. Robot Arm Selection
5. Knowledge of X-Y-Z Axis to the movement of the robot arm.
6. Knowledge of 3- 6 axis robots along with their product catalogues.
7. Payload Capacity: Match the robot’s payload capacity with the weight of the parts and any end-of-arm tooling (EOAT).
8. Focus is on plastic processing equipment mainly Injection Moulding Machines, Material Dryers, and Temperature Controllers etc.
9. Responsible to execute sales of Robots, Plastic machine controllers, Servos, PLC, HMI, PID controllers etc.
10. Provide product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
11. Expected to work on systems such as field service management and keep customer satisfaction levels as high as possible.
Minimum Qualification
Diploma or Degree in Electronics / Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering/Mechanical Engineer
Experience:
2 to 5 years
· Must be well versed with electronic circuits and PLCs. Ability to handle hydraulic and pneumatic components on a machine is a distinct advantage.
· Working knowledge of using the computer, Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM) and office applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point and outlook is a must Location
