Job Title: Energy and Environment Specialist/Analyst
Location: Base Headqarters (DELHI)
Department: Energy & Environment
Job Overview:
The Energy and Environment Specialist/Analyst is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and management of energy and environmental initiatives, focusing on reducing energy consumption, minimizing environmental impacts, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to promote sustainability, efficiency, and environmental responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:

Energy Management:
Develop and implement energy conservation strategies and initiatives to optimize energy use.
Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Collaborate with facilities and engineering teams to deploy renewable energy solutions and energy-efficient technologies.
Environmental Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international environmental regulations and standards.
Develop and maintain environmental management systems (EMS) to track and improve environmental performance.
Lead initiatives related to waste reduction, pollution control, and environmental impact assessments.
Sustainability Initiatives:
Drive sustainability programs and projects, including renewable energy adoption, carbon footprint reduction, and water conservation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into business operations.
Monitor sustainability metrics and prepare reports on energy, environmental, and sustainability performance.
Reporting & Communication:
Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis for senior management regarding energy and environmental initiatives.
Represent the company in discussions with regulatory agencies, industry associations, and community stakeholders on sustainability issues.
Research & Development:
Stay updated on emerging trends, policies, and innovations in the energy and environment sector.
Research and recommend new technologies, materials, or practices to improve environmental performance and energy efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Energy Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
1+ years of experience in energy management, environmental compliance, or sustainability roles.
Strong understanding of energy efficiency techniques, environmental regulations, and sustainability best practices.
Proficiency in data analysis, energy management systems, and environmental reporting tools.
Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Should be experienced in Market research & capital sales process.

Work Environment:

Primarily office-based with occasional field visits to energy facilities or project sites.
May require travel for site assessments, audits, and sustainability conferences.
Responsible for North region + Gujarat + Madhya Pradesh.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
