Seeking an Automotive Mechanic for a full-time position. Pay will be 23-40/hour depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform vehicle maintenance and/or repairs as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
Diagnosing the cause of any malfunctions and completing the necessary repairs.
Ability to explain diagnoses or necessary repairs to non-mechanically inclined individuals, like employees or customers.
Complete full, accurate, and honest documentation of vehicle repairs/maintenance on repair order.
Providing excellent customer experience.
Work with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver excellent results.
Job responsibilities included are not limited to other work as assigned by service managers.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as an automotive technician
ASE Certifications preferred or other certifications
Must have working knowledge of shop equipment
Must have a valid driver’s license
Strong communication skills
Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures
Have a positive, team-oriented mindset
Genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic
