Job Description:
This functional position sits inside the IT Testing department and is responsible for lead test planning, data management testing, test execution and reporting for current projects. This hands-on role will ensure that critical systems functionality is working as expected by analyzing business requirements, test plan/strategies creation and report results to project management. Excellent communication and reporting skills are needed. The successful candidate will work closely with business analysts and IT managers to provide insights of test execution, challenges, and contingency plans for regression testing. Extensive understanding and experience of SDLC, Agile, and waterfall methodologies and 3+ years of experience with Tricentis TOSCA, QTest, and Neo Load.
Job/Skills Requirement:

• Define strategic and optimize test plans using Tricentis best practices.
• Develop and maintain test strategies and plans for different solutions.
• Reporting test execution results, script creation and defect resolution status to IT leadership.
• Discuss business requirements with the business process owners and key users.

• Lead planning and scheduling effort for all testing cycles.
• Implement best practices across QA teams.
• Problem solving, resolution, and analytical skills.
• Documentation and analysis of test results and impediments.
• Experience managing large teams in different time zones.
• Identify and document risks.
• Deep knowledge of SDLC.
• Agile and waterfall methodologies.

Qualified candidates will possess:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical related field.
• Minimum of 5-year experience leading testing efforts for enterprise projects.
• Demonstrated leadership with cross-functional teams.

• Should have excellent knowledge on software testing life cycle.
• Attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication skills at leadership level.
• SAP S4HANA experience is HIGHLY desirable.

Tools knowledge:

• Tricentis TOSCA - 16.0 or above.
• Tricentis QTest - 6.7.
• Tricentis Neo Load.
• ADO (Azure Dev Ops).
• MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Smartsheet.
