Job Description / Responsibilities :-
- Sales and marketing of products for personal care.
- Analyze sales trends and develop strategies to maximize sales.
- Explore different avenues to reach new customers.
- Open up new countries for sales.
- Prepare reports for new product launches and target customers accordingly.
- Develop and implement marketing master plans.
- Play a key role in developing and designing product technical sheets, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Contribute ideas for the development of new products and product categories.
- Work independently.
- Develop verifiable metrics for tracking the performance of the sales department.
- Engage in team building activities to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
