Location: Medchal, Kandlakoya
Salary: 2.8-3 LPA
Job Description: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, providing them with information about our products and services, and addressing their queries. Your role will be crucial in generating leads, building relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information to customers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets for call volume and sales.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities and sales performance.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to team goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- Proven experience in a telecalling or telemarketing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in [language(s) relevant to the role].
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office or CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
