We are seeking a motivated and skilled Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating with both domestic and international clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to adapt to various client needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Inbound and Outbound Calls: Make and receive calls to/from domestic and international clients, addressing their queries and providing information about our products/services.
Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to clients by understanding their needs, providing relevant solutions, and ensuring a positive experience.
Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and opportunities through calls, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up on calls and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
Documentation: Record call details, client feedback, and relevant information in the CRM system.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve client issues or complaints effectively and professionally.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on call activity, client interactions, and any issues encountered.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during all client interactions.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or related fields are a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related role. Experience handling both domestic and international calls is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [languages required].
Strong listening skills and the ability to respond appropriately.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
