Responsibilities:
1. System Management: Oversee the administration and configuration of HR systems such as ADP, Workday, and other related platforms. Ensure systems are updated and functioning effectively.
2. Data Management: Manage employee data, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, and performance data. Ensure accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
3. System Integration: Work with IT and other departments to integrate HR systems with other business applications and databases.
4. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and resolve issues related to HR systems. Serve as a point of contact for system-related inquiries and problems.
5. Process Improvement: Analyze HR processes and identify opportunities for system enhancements or improvements. Implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Monitor key HR metrics and trends.
7. Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training for HR staff and end-users. Create and maintain system documentation and user guides.
8. Compliance and Security: Ensure HR systems comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Implement and enforce data security protocols to protect sensitive information.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: Proven experience with HR systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP Success Factors, or similar. Experience in system administration or HRIS management is preferred.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in system configuration, data management, and report generation. Knowledge of HRIS software, SQL, and other relevant tools.
4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Project Management: Ability to manage projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and integrations.
7. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the HR systems are effective and aligned with organizational needs, while also providing support and training to users.
