Job Descriptions:
1. Basic Excel Skill (calculation, Quick calculation with Autosum, Simple data automation in cells, Format numbers, Create a table, Using manual function, Combine 2 columns or rows and able to use Google sheet
2. Fast response, effective and efficient in working
3. Candidate familiar with operating and answer messages on Messenger
4. Able to understand and answer the question in English. (mandatory)
Requirements / Criteria:
Contract length: 12 months
Experience:
- Provide excellent service by processing registrations quickly and accurately
- Manage the service registration process and disputes arising from our merchant and stakeholder
- Maintain good relationships and community building efforts with our merchant and stakeholder

Requirements / Criteria:
- Min D3 any major with GPA 2,75
- Min Fresh grad and max 2 year in data entry field
- Willing to work in the shifting schedule (morning-afternoon, afternoon-night, random days off)
- Have basic excel Skill: accuracy using MS Excel
- Typing skill with WPM 50 & Accuracy 90%
- Good analytical skill
- Clear Articulation and good communication in Bahasa
- Fast response, effective and efficient in working
- Able to work within dynamic environment
- Has experience in data entry/data process using Excel/spreadsheet, has knowlede in Zendesk.
- Minimum able to speak basic English, however, MUST be able to write in English
- Willing to work on shifting mode ( 2 shift, with 2nd shift will end at 10 pm )
Contract length: 12 months
Experience:
- CS / CS Online / Soc Med admin / CS Live Chat: 1 year (Preferred)
- Data process using Excel / Spreadsheet: 1 year (Preferred)
- English (intermediate) (Preferred)
