As an Admin Sales Staff (Automotive), you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations.
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Exhibit proficiency in sales administration processes, tools, and best practices within the automotive sector.
- Showcase strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support and collaborate with sales team members.
- Handle sales administration activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Support sales team members with administrative tasks, including order processing, customer inquiries, and data management.
- Maintain and update sales records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Exhibit a positive attitude, result-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills. Foster a collaborative environment, demonstrating effective teamwork and the ability to support and motivate sales team members.
