As a Trainer Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that equip our employees with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field; additional certifications in training and development are a plus.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in training design, facilitation, and program management.
- Possess strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation methodologies.
- Have experience with training tools and software, including learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to fostering a collaborative and engaging learning environment.
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs on various topics, including skills development, compliance, and professional growth.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations, and recommend tailored training solutions.
- Create and update training materials, ensuring all content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with industry standards.
- Collaborate with department managers to schedule training sessions and minimize operational disruptions.
- Ensure all safety and compliance protocols are followed in training activities, fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment.
