Job Description

• Answer inquiries regarding billing issues, payment discrepancies, and account status through phone, email, and other means of communication
• Process payments and collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and improve customer service efficiency
• Ensuring accuracy in invoices and compliance with company policies
• Handle complex billing inquiries and provide escalated support to associates
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance billing accuracy and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Already living in Bali (preferable)
• Willing to work for 6 months contract
• Min. bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Min. 2 years’ experience as customer support
• Familiar with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Thorough, friendly, and able to coordinate well with various parties
