  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle and conduct onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • HR Compliance: Implement HR best practices and recommend improvements to align with legal requirements.
  • HR Administration: Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees and management.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring employees are informed and engaged; provide support during open enrollment for benefits and answer employee inquiries.
  • HR Administration: Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, or related field.
  • Knowledge of HR principles and best practices, employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and Google Suites.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Already living in Bali (preferable)
  • Has an active SIM A (preferable)
