Key responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of employee absences.
• Entry institution list data and competitor rate
• Handle daily administrative tasks, including drafting and managing letters and other correspondence.
• Regularly check and maintain inventory of company stock.
• Maintain records of stock purchases and inventory levels.
• Maintain daily call reports for divisions.
• Maintain updated contact information and records.

Qualification:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
