PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- To assist in project executions and manage transactions in terms of preparing project reports, strategic reviews, in-depth financial analysis, reviewing legal documents, negotiation process, etc.
- To become a “door opener” and identify new business opportunities.
- To penetrate and keep track of market activities.
- To develop relationship with occupiers with aim of securing appointment in the future.
- To liaise with the client’s representative for detail process and support in project administration.
- To work closely with staff in other Cushman & Wakefield service lines.
- To deliver high quality tenant representation services.
- To conduct/support any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the company.
KEY SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES
- Strong data analytical skill and good understanding of property market and development consultancy
- In depth knowledge in Indonesia real estate market and market economies
- Ability to synthesize market information into investment recommendations
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Must be a strong individual contributor and team player with a “can do” attitude
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Effective analytical techniques, strong listening and presentation skills
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to present information to a diverse audience in a concise and thorough manner
- Ability to communicate well with people with all levels.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Power Point and Word or other application
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Business, Finance, Real estate, Marketing or Administration or related disciplines.

Proven track record with 1 – 2 years of work experiences, preferable in real estate industry.
