PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• To assist the team sourcing for information on properties such as stand-alone buildings, shophouses, etc.
• To conduct survey, site inspections to properties where required.
• To update building contacts (for site visit and building data), including information regarding the building management (in-house /our competitors).
• To update tenants list as required (company name, address, telephone number, PIC, mobile number of the PIC, email address, office size, business line, expiry date, leasing/strata)
• To maintain relationship with Marketing and Building Managements.
• any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the company.

KEY SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES

• Strong computer skills – proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point) and MS Windows
• Good organizational skills and communications skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and work independently
• Ability to work in a team and with other people of all levels
• Understand the needs of the data for the company

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• 0 - 2 years of working experience
• Has work experience in property industry preferable
• Bachelor's degree in any disciplines, preferably in Higher diploma or above.
